Resumen

The objective of this Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of ergonomic methods in SMEs to improve working conditions and productivity. The methodology included the review of 46 articles. The main findings indicate that, although ergonomic interventions have shown benefits in reducing musculoskeletal disorders and increasing productivity, there is a lack of long-term data and comparisons with other methodologies. The main conclusion highlights the need for a comprehensive approach in SMEs that includes education, collaboration and practical solutions, as well as further research to develop specific guidelines and tools tailored to these companies. The importance of support from government and industry organizations to promote effective ergonomic practices is underlined.
