The purpose of this study is to design a model based on the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) methodology with the aim of optimizing productivity in supply chain management at a coffee company located in Jaén, Peru. To this end, a diagnosis of the current state of the chain was developed, the maturity level of the related processes was analyzed, and the most relevant attributes of the SCOR model that fit the characteristics and needs of the company were selected. The research, which had a mixed approach and non-experimental design, identified critical points and opportunities for improvement in the areas of planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and return. The study included SIPOC mapping and operations flow analysis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in the coffee procurement, processing, and delivery phases. The results obtained constitute a structured intervention proposal that contributes to increasing operational efficiency and strengthening the competitiveness of the local coffee sector. The SCOR model is a viable tool for boosting productivity and competitiveness in the coffee agroindustry by providing a comprehensive, strategic, and operational view of the supply chain.Descargas
