The design of the strategic plan proposed in this research provides companies with a solid tool to improve their management and achieve their long-term objectives; the planning of concrete actions will allow companies to adapt to the changing environment, capitalize on opportunities and overcome challenges, ensuring their sustainability and success in the market.
