Trust and its Role in Achieving Knowledge Fertility and Corporate Unity

Resumen

The article studies truth, friendship, and justice to discover the underlying reasons that favor the fertility of knowledge (efficacy) and unity, using a structural equation model. The study is based on the quantitative method, using a non-experimental, cross-sectional descriptive-explanatory design; To contrast the validity of the model that represents the relationships between these variables, information was collected from a sample of 338 people from a Faculty of Administration of a public university, using a questionnaire structured in Likert scales, with proven validity through different studies and reliability verified using Cronbach's Alpha index, whose values ​​higher than 0.7, confirm that the instrument is valid and reliable to meet the objectives of the study. The research found average perceptions of less than half the score on the 100-point scale, making it clear that formal authority is probably not practiced in the faculty under investigation in harmony with truth, transcendent friendship and justice, which seriously compromises unity. which is deduced from the series of effects that are produced, on the one hand from the truth towards functional trust and towards the corporate unit and on the other hand, the effects from reciprocal friendship, transcendent friendship and justice towards personal trust and confidence in the corporate unit.
