Often, coffee producers worldwide are unaware of the factors that are relevant to achieving a high level of competitiveness in exports. Therefore, this research aimed to identify which competitiveness factor is crucial for achieving effective export management of Peruvian coffee to the United States during the period 2013-2022. The research is basic in nature, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive scope, and a simple level with a single structural element. The population consists of data recorded in the customs declarations of coffee exporting companies around the world, taking as a sample the 10 main trading countries of the product. Moreover, the research aimed to analyze which of the following factors is most determinant for international trade: supply, demand, or price flexibility. Data collection was carried out through documentary analysis using a documentary record form. The results show that supply and demand are the most determining factors for achieving a higher level of competitiveness in coffee exports to the United States, with an increase from 2013 to 2022 of 7.43%, achieving an adequate level against its competitors.Descargas
