The research titled "Inventory Control and Warehouse Management of the company Transporte Rodrigo Carranza, almacenadora Trujillo – 2023" aimed to determine the relationship between warehouse management and inventory control in this company during the year 2023. The specific objectives included measuring the level of warehouse management and inventory control, identifying their relationship with technological development, service quality, and the sustainable development of the company.
