In recent years, the logistics sector has experienced remarkable improvements in productivity, attributable to several factors, one of the main causes being the adoption of technologies. The implementation of innovative techniques, such as Lean Manufacturing, has successfully contributed to raising efficiency standards in the logistics sector. The objective of this study was to design and validate a model focused on the adoption of Lean Manufacturing tools in order to optimize productivity in a commercial logistics company in the Peruvian context. Through an experimental design, a model composed of the standardization of key processes, a task management platform, the implementation of a single document channel and a maintenance plan was proposed. The results reveal significant improvements, with a 36.15% increase in the total operation rate and a 73.4% improvement in the truck dispatch time rate. This study offers a model that can be transferred to other companies in the sector for the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, making adjustments according to the organizational context. It is suggested to continue exploring new techniques related to Lean Manufacturing to further increase productivity in the logistics industry.Descargas
