Resumen

The objective of this research is to optimize the energy performance in buildings from the approach of biomass modeling in projects of the Mivivienda Fund Program of Metropolitan Lima. The real estate projects were studied under the control of the triangle of effectiveness, productivity and profitability derived from the costs, time and quality associated with decarbonization technologies. Different energy alternatives were analyzed during the initiation phase, finding models that optimize their energy performance taking into account a sustainable design in terms of energy during the early design stage. The research method is deductive, quantitative, applied and descriptive, correlational and explanatory. The design is non-experimental, cross-sectional, prospective and descriptive. The technique used is the personal interview, aimed at managers, construction engineers and/or other professionals in charge of the design and technical part of the project. The data collection instrument is a semi-structured questionnaire, consisting of closed questions, with polytomic values. Based on studies carried out, this research determined that the reduction of CO2 emissions at the international level is 6.72% and energy 7.20%. At the national level, the reduction of CO2 emissions by 2.69% and energy emissions by 3.10%.
