This research designed and evaluated an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), based on the regulations of law 29783, with the purpose of optimizing organizational performance and mitigating occupational risks in an industrial services company. For this, a descriptive, quantitative, and proactive approach was adopted, supported by diagnostic tools such as the IPERC matrix and the Ishikawa diagram, which evidenced a 22% compliance level with current occupational health and safety legislation, revealing an incipient safety culture and deficiencies in integrated risk management. This analysis allowed for the identification of physical and chemical hazards as critical factors, leading to the implementation of corrective measures—including systematic training programs, provision of personal protective equipment, and the establishment of a safety committee—aimed at strengthening incident prevention and enhancing the management's commitment to occupational health. Complementary tools such as FMEA and artificial intelligence were also applied to expand the range of analysis. Finally, it was concluded that a health and safety management system, based on law 29783 and supplemented with cutting-edge technological tools, could reduce occupational risksDescargas
