Digital entrepreneurship and technological transformation within the reach of risk management in tourism.

The dynamics of digital transformations and the impact of the activities developed by the tourism industry and the people who consume its goods and services, make it necessary to have tools that contribute to risk management in tourism. Therefore, this research is based on a theoretical approach to digital entrepreneurship and technological transformations that are available to the tourism sector. To this end, a literature review and a bibliometric analysis was carried out using the tools VOSviewer 1.6. 20, Biblioshiny R and Vantage Point, based on the consultation of 128 documents indexed in Scopus and Web of science, based on the consultation of the equations ("risk management") AND ( "tourism*" OR "economic factors" OR "social factors" OR "environmental factors" OR "project management*" OR "risk management model" ) and ( "AI" OR "digital entrepreneurship*" OR "Machine Learning" OR "Digital Transformation" ) AND "risk management" AND "tourism*" ). The results reflect that digital transformation generates both a positive and negative impact on tourism activity, which is why tourism risk management supported by technologies and digital entrepreneurship contributes to strengthening the sector.
