Resumen

Abstract: This systematic review examined key practices in supply chain management within the construction sector, drawing from scientific literature spanning from 2013 to 2022. A detailed analysis of relevant articles from ScienceDirect and Scopus was conducted. The findings underscore the critical nature of supply chain management in construction, given tight timelines and constrained budgets. Efficient management ensures timely availability and effective utilization of costly materials and equipment. It is recommended that companies implement a comprehensive plan encompassing procurement to on-site delivery, thereby optimizing processes and mitigating risks.
