Resumen

The objective of this study was to analyze the influence of halophilic bacteria for the recovery of saline soils, applying the ANOVA statistical model with multiple contrast of means. The research was divided into two phases: phase 1 consisted of isolation, selection and replicate tests of halophilic bacteria, as well as bacterial growth and viability in liquid medium with different doses of sodium chloride (3%, 6%, 9% and 12%); on the other hand, phase 2 of laboratory analysis consisted of the determination of point edaphic variables (pH, electrical conductivity) in the planting of the 7 treated samples. The results showed that a direct effect of halophilic bacteria in the decrease of the (Ce) of the soil, going from 5.3 to 2.8 ds/m (A1), 2.2 ds/m (C2), 3.2 ds/m (E3), values that correspond to very light salinity (< 2 ds/m). In relation to the variables, improvements were evidenced in the characteristics evaluated, according to this, it is evident that the halophilic bacteria used in this research have potential for the rehabilitation of salinized soils.
