Resumen

Abstract- The article studies the feasibility for the creation of the yogurt company “Yogally”, whose main and distinctive feature is to use Pitahaya as raw material, being a novel and attractive approach to the market. The main objective is to evaluate the feasibility of the company's development, which is supported by specific objectives such as the description of the company's current situation, the application of strategic operations management tools and the development of the prototype. To carry out this study, the pre-experimental methodology was used in which various strategic operations management tools were applied. Finally, the results confirmed the feasibility of developing the company in question.
