Abstract-This study examines the influence of a program based on interaction through virtual forums for the improvement of expository text writing in students of an educational institution. Using a quantitative approach and a quasi-experimental design, a sample of 80 high school students was evaluated using a validated rubric. The results indicated significant improvements in expository text writing in the experimental group, with an increase to 85% in the level of achievement, and statistical significance confirmed by the Mann-Whitney U test.
