Abstract

This work was prepared based on the Capstone Project, which focuses on engineering design, addressing the implementation of standards such as ISO 9001 and specific legal regulations. The application of tools such as MRP, route sheet, 5S and TOC is highlighted to improve operational efficiency. In addition, the execution of the simulation in ProModel and Monte Carlo to evaluate indicators about the resolution of logistics problems and the optimization of processes in the field of engineering
