Resumen

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Blue Ocean Strategy as a strategic planning tool in the Ecuadorian textile sector using a hermeneutic analysis approach. The research employs a qualitative methodology with a descriptive scope and a non-experimental design. Furthermore, it assesses the present state of the Ecuadorian textile industry and examines how the Blue Ocean Strategy can establish a competitive edge in the domestic market by fostering innovation and ongoing enhancement.
