Resumen

This study analyzes the relationship between talent management and job satisfaction in an educational institute in Lima. The results revealed a positive but weak correlation between the two variables, highlighting the importance of proper personnel selection and continuous support to achieve engaged, productive employees committed to organizational goals. Additionally, it was found that continuous training is essential to improve productivity and the efficiency of employee activities, significantly contributing to the Institute's objectives. Furthermore, other factors influencing job satisfaction were identified, such as productivity, goal attainment, and employee retention, which not only benefit the company but also allow employees to develop a career path. A positive work environment, reflected in satisfied staff, was observed to enhance service quality and the company's positive outcomes. These findings underscore the need for effective talent management for the long-term success of organizations.
