Abstract–This research aimed to determine the influence of school coexistence management on the quality of educational services in public schools. The study followed a quantitative approach with an explanatory scope and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 113 teachers from public institutions in Metropolitan Lima, selected through non-probabilistic sampling. The data collection technique used was a survey, applied through two valid and reliable questionnaires: one designed to assess school coexistence management across four dimensions, and another adapted from the SERVQUAL model to measure the perceived quality of educational services. The results confirmed the general hypothesis (GH), showing a positive and significant relationship between effective management of school coexistence and the quality of educational service (R = 0.535; R2 = 0.286; p < 0.001). Specifically, it was found that approximately 28.6% of the variability in perceived quality can be explained by how coexistence is managed within the educational institution. In conclusion, innovating in the management of school coexistence through effective leadership, active participation of the educational community, and a socio-emotional approach significantly contributes to improving service quality in the public sector. Keywords-- school coexistence, educational quality, leadership, school management, educational service.Descargas
