Resumen

A systematic review of the literature was developed (SLR) with the purpose of analyzing the influence of biomechanics on the productivity of workers suffering from musculoskeletal disorders in the agricultural sector. For this, a scientific search was carried out in the Scopus database, using the PIOC and PRISMA techniques, which allowed us to obtain a final sample of 53 articles, of which, the bibliometric analysis shows that the USA is the country with the largest number of research on the subject, with 2023 being the year with the greatest scientific participation, in addition, it is evident that the muscles are the most affected components due to inadequate postures associated with harvesting, basically, with low back pain being the prevailing TME. In fact, the authors highlight the use of exoskeletons which allow reducing muscular activity and workload, reaching the conclusion that, although there is still a scientific gap due to the influence of environmental settings, adaptability and high investment costs, exoskeletons turn out to be a very good technological option to address this problem.
