The Importance of Assertive Communication in Job Satisfaction: A Study in Motorcycle Spare Parts Sales Companies in Peru

The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between assertive communication and job satisfaction among employees of ONNIX E.I.R.L - Chepén, 2023. A basic research type was used, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, simple correlational level and cross-sectional. The population consisted of all the company's employees (28). A questionnaire was applied to the population sample to collect information on each variable, and after obtaining the data, it was tabulated and analyzed using SPSSv25 and Excel. The main findings determined a correlation coefficient (r=0.847) with a significance (p=0.000), which means that the variables are in a high positive relationship. This means that if assertive communication is fully developed in the company, it will allow workers to feel job satisfaction. The study concludes that it was possible to determine the main objective. In addition to determining the low levels in each of the variables. This means that the company must develop strategies to improve its assertive communication in order to raise the level of satisfaction.Descargas
