Resumen

Changes in the supply chain towards sustainability are gaining relevance due to climate change and the growing interest in environmental preservation. This review aims to identify sustainable supply chain practices in industrial plants and analyze their impact on customer satisfaction. Method: Initially, 483 articles were obtained from the Scopus database, of which 35 met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Sustainable supplier selection, the use of technology, and supply chain network design were the most implemented practices in the selected articles.
