Security in critical infrastructure using intelligent management systems in the Colonial Mansions of the Historic Center of Trujillo City.

Resumen

The objective of this research work is the implementation of the intelligent management system to improve security in the critical infrastructure of the Colonial Mansions of the Historic Center of Trujillo City, which promotes comprehensive work to promote employment (SDG eight). The approach is basic qualitative with a non-experimental design and descriptive scope. The sample included 33 colonial mansions in poor condition, selected through non-probabilistic and convenience sampling. To collect data, an observation sheet was used, which allowed relevant data to be recorded about each structure. The instrument was a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, which allowed the participants' opinions to be quantified. The results indicate that of the 33 colonial mansions that have been evaluated, the majority have structural damage and have also been built with wood and adobe. The beneficiaries showed acceptance towards the implementation of intelligent management systems such as "Incident Control", "Smart Video Surveillance" and "Alert Notifications", with a percentage greater than 75%. It was concluded that the most accepted system is “Incident Control”, whose implementation combines technology and community participation.
