This research aims to determine the level of e-commerce knowledge among artisan entrepreneurs in a historic Peruvian resort town. The study was basic in nature, employing a non-experimental, cross-sectional design with exploratory-descriptive scope. The entire population, consisting of 40 artisans, was surveyed using questionnaires with internal consistency verified by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The findings revealed that the transactional dimension showed a medium level of knowledge among most artisans, while the political and technological dimensions were found to be at a low level. It was concluded that the artisan entrepreneurs in the resort town demonstrated a low overall level of e-commerce knowledge, though specific criteria for improvement were identified in detail.Downloads
