This study aimed to determine the relationship between supply chain phases such as sourcing, warehousing, and distribution, and overall quality at the commercial company FAVISA S.A., located in Chimbote, Peru. The research employed a quantitative approach, a non-experimental cross-sectional design, and a relational approach. Validated questionnaires were administered to the company's employees, yielding results that demonstrated a highly significant relationship between the variables of supply chain and overall quality, with Pearson coefficients ranging from 0.863 to 0.961. The results highlighted that the stages of the supply chain are directly related to quality management, namely the sourcing, warehousing, and distribution phases. Statistical analyses demonstrated that the management of the company's commercial area contributes to the organization's positioning and development in the local market. This requires joint support from employees, as it influences customer service and loyalty through factors such as price, service, and quality. In conclusion, logistics activities are essential to strengthen competitiveness and promote the development of FAVISA S.A.Downloads
