This work addresses the operational challenges faced by InterMet in event management, based in Perú, proposing the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and marketing segmentation to improve efficiency and competitiveness. These strategies optimize internal processes and allow for a better understanding of customer needs, which is crucial in a competitive market. In the presentation of results to the board, it was highlighted that both Lean Manufacturing and CRM are feasible to implement according to the company's CEO. These initiatives will not only generate short-term benefits but also lay the foundation for sustainable growth and increased future profitability. The report uses industrial engineering tools to provide practical solutions to InterMet's specific challenges.Downloads
