Abstract

This research contributes to the SDG of decent work and economic growth, and its objective is to determine the influence of coaching on empowerment. It is an applied study with a quantitative approach, a non-experimental cross-sectional design, an explanatory level, and a hypothetical-deductive method. The population consisted of 60 employees from a financial institution. The descriptive results for each grouped variable, along with general and specific hypothesis tests, and the coefficient of determination, provide evidence that allows us to conclude that the coaching variable influences empowerment by 22%.
