Abstract

The objective of the research work is to "Propose ergonomic improvement using the Rula method to reduce occupational diseases in heavy load transportation Lurigancho Chosica, 2023." For this, the methodology to use is RULA. The study is a pre-experimental design of a descriptive level with a causal correlational scope, which seeks to know the relationship that exists between two or more variables, with better administrative control it can solve most of the conditions with the ergonomic proposal, based on training and awareness.
