The Green Supply Chain (GSCM) is presented as a key strategy to promote the sustainability of industries. This study aims to analyze the impact of GSCM practices on industrial sustainability between 2022 and 2024, focusing on waste management, resource efficiency and environmental improvements compared to the conventional chain. Using the PRISMA 2020 methodology, 23 relevant studies were collected from the SCOPUS database under strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, integrating a qualitative and quantitative approach to ensure the reliability of the results. The findings revealed that practices such as sustainable logistics and transportation, selection of responsible suppliers, sustainable product design and use of renewable energy have had a positive impact on sustainability. In addition, 70% of the studies highlighted a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions; also, 57% reported optimization in the use of resources and higher recycling and reuse rates. In addition, these practices improved economic performance by reducing long-term operating costs and fostered corporate social responsibility. However, initial implementation may require significant investments, although economic and resource optimization benefits can be seen in the short term. It is concluded that GSCM is fundamental to achieving industrial sustainability, combining environmental, economic and social benefits.Downloads
