Due to its complexity, business management over time has sought to be nourished with different tools that give it added value and facilitate, at the same time, its work. This is the case of sustainable innovation and management skills, fundamental themes in This study, whose objective was to observe how business management relies on sustainable innovation and management skills to improve functions and achieve the proposed results in companies. A bibliographic review was developed that included publications in indexed journals and books on the subject, written in English and Spanish, the search was oriented to the terms: business management, sustainable innovation and management skills; As a result, 10 studies were taken for review. Among the findings, concepts that are part of the dynamics such as hard skills and soft skills were found. In addition, the fundamental role that management plays for the purposes of a company and how it is done through the use of sustainable innovation and management skills as an ally, improves the productivity of organizations, was clarified.Descargas
