Warehouse management in manufacturing industries faces operational challenges that impact logistics efficiency. Lean Warehousing has emerged as a strategy to reduce waste, improve material flow, and increase productivity. This systematic literature review aimed to analyze how the application of lean tools optimizes warehouse management in this sector. The PRISMA methodology was used with the PICO strategy to select 17 scientific articles published between 2011 and 2024. The studies were analyzed according to inclusion, exclusion, and methodological quality criteria. The results show that the most used tools were VSM and 5S/6S/7S, with positive impacts on indicators such as cycle time, lead time, NVA, and Process Cycle Efficiency. It was evidenced that Lean Warehousing can be implemented both in small companies and in automated organizations, provided there is alignment between tools, problems, and context. Moreover, it was observed that the proper selection of tools corresponds to the specific nature of the addressed logistical problems. In conclusion, the study contributes to the comparative analysis of recent evidence on Lean Warehousing and its application in manufacturing settings, and highlights the need to explore its integration with emerging technologies to expand its scope and sustainability in warehouse management.Descargas
