SWEET GUMMIES: FUNCTIONAL NATURAL SUPPLEMENT FOR IMMUNE AND RESPIRATORY STRENGTHENING IN CAJAMARCA

Resumen

Abstract - This article presents the development of a functional product: natural gummies made from eucalyptus, honey and matico, conceived as a therapeutic alternative for the relief of mild respiratory diseases. The medicinal properties of its ingredients are explored, the viability of the product in the Cajamarca market is evaluated, and an efficient artisanal process is developed. This study integrates a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative) to determine the acceptability of the product, its value proposition and its possible impact on the respiratory health of the population.
