This study analyzes the impact of a challenge-based training program with an emphasis on robotics and programming on the development of STEM skills in girls from Cartagena de Indias. The methodology was based on Challenge-Based Learning (ABR), addressing real problems through the practical application of knowledge in 15 training sessions. The results showed an increase in participants' confidence and interest in STEM areas. In addition, the study reflected advances in the perception of gender equality, although stereotypes persist that limit female participation in these disciplines. The findings highlight the importance of implementing educational strategies that foster the inclusion and empowerment of girls in STEM, ensuring their access to opportunities in an increasingly technological labor market.Descargas
