Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper studies the viability of producing a natural nutritional bar based on oats, coconut, carrots, and honey, offering a healthy and functional alternative to ultra- processed snacks on the market. The main objective is to evaluate the feasibility of its development, supported by specific objectives such as the design of the nutritional formula, the application of strategic operations management tools, and the development of a prototype for general testing. A pre- experimental methodology with production planning and control tools will be used. The results confirm the project's feasibility and highlight its potential in the healthy products market.
