The purpose of this study is to analyse the influence of biophilic architecture on the comfort of paediatric inpatients in a type III hospital. The research approach is mixed, with a quasi-experimental design. The data collection instrument is based on observation sheets and pre- and post-design questionnaires to get the perspective of the participants as well as a preference survey to include certain features in the design of a prototype paediatric inpatient room.Downloads
