In this article, a transradial prosthesis for amputee patients was designed, aimed at customization, through the use of parameters to build an original 3D prosthesis model with the Inventor software. The parameters were obtained by digitally processing images captured by the authors of this article themselves, with established measurements; To do this, some commands from the Image Processing Toolbox of the Matlab software were used. Likewise, the final test was executed with the participation of a third party, achieving an accuracy of 93.11%. In parallel, the operation of an electronic circuit designed in the Eagle software and consisting of an instrumentation amplifier, a band-pass filter and a wave rectifier was manufactured and tested, for the acquisition of electromyographic signals, which were subsequently stored in a digital format. . Once the mechanical calculations were carried out after parameterization, the operation of the prosthesis was simulated through the use of a graphic interface designed in the Labview software, indicating the position of the actuators according to the type of signal acquired in real time.Downloads
