The main objective of this research was to establish the guidelines of the PMBOK 7th edition that improve project management in the construction of Industrial warehouses. The research was applied, quantitative and quasi-experimental. Measuring a before and after with the application of improvement, the sample was 9 projects developed in the department of Lima in which it was measured how the projects were carried out without the PMBOK, and then the PMBOK was applied and implemented in a current project, the The diagnosis determines 7 root causes to which the domains of the guide were proposed as a solution, for which the Improvement Plan was implemented, obtaining 17 formats that, applying to the project, made the scope indicators improve by 38.50% and the indicators cost and time will improve by 27.30%. And as the main result, the profit that was previously 9% increased to 18%, which indicates that the use of PMBOK 7ma improves project management, making evidence of the company's profit and meeting the scope, deadline and objectives. cost.Downloads
