This research project focuses on optimizing a company's logistics processes with the aim of improving efficiency and effectiveness. Through a detailed analysis of the company's current situation, the main areas of opportunity in inventory management, storage, and purchasing planning were identified. To address these challenges, the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kanban, and Visual Management was proposed. These tools have improved warehouse organization, reduced waste, and increased process visibility. Additionally, a cost-benefit analysis demonstrated the economic feasibility of the proposal, with an internal rate of return significantly higher than the cost of capital. The study concluded that the application of these Lean tools in the company's logistics processes can generate significant improvements in terms of efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. The results obtained offer a practical guide for other companies seeking to optimize their logistics operations and increase their competitiveness in the market.Downloads
