Author Fees
Publication in LACCEI Proceedings is bundled with the corresponding LACCEI conference registration. Authors do not pay a separate Article Processing Charge (APC); instead, the conference registration fee covers the editorial process, peer review, presentation, and publication of the paper in the open-access proceedings.
Fee Structure
The following fees apply per author for the LACCEI International Multi-Conference. Member rates apply to authors affiliated with current LACCEI member institutions.

Authors with more than three papers should contact the conference organizers for additional arrangements.
What the Fee Covers
- Editorial handling and peer review (double-blind, minimum three reviewers per paper)
- Conference participation (onsite or virtual, hybrid format)
- DOI registration via Crossref
- Publication in this open-access proceedings
- Long-term archiving

All articles published in LACCEI Proceedings are freely accessible to readers. No subscription, pay-per-view, or institutional license is required to download or read any article. See our Licensing Policy for terms of use.
