Project Management of Software Design for Online Reservation in a Lubricentro company

The objective of this research is to design a software for the online reservation of the oil change service in the company. Initially, the business case analysis of the project was carried out, divided into technical, administrative, and cost sections, the project was defined under the waterfall methodology together with the charter and both the registration and analysis of interested parties were carried out. Also, the EDT/WBS task decomposition structure and dictionary were designed, the network diagram with the critical path was generated in the Ganntpro program and the probability scales were defined. On the other hand, each work package was costed economically, and each stage was budgeted. In addition to this, the breakdown structure, records, assessment was managed, and the response plan was specified. In addition, a respective organizational chart of roles was designed along with the responsibility’s assignment matrix. In addition, the status and closure report of the project was presented with the certificate of acceptance of deliverables. Finally, the identification of lessons learned is managed, concluding that the project was carried out pleasantly, identifying that the project would have variability and positive application.Downloads
