Currently, there are various approaches to integrating Industry 4.0 technologies into Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) in companies, but barriers persist that hinder their optimal implementation. Therefore, we set out to analyze the scientific evidence on the impact of these technologies (IoT, AI and Big Data) on the capture, organization and distribution of business knowledge. A methodological design was used based on a systematic literature review following the PRISMA framework, selecting 20 relevant articles from databases such as Scopus, which met predefined inclusion criteria. The results showed that these technologies improve efficiency in knowledge management, allowing more effective collaboration and more agile access to strategic information; However, challenges such as high costs, lack of trained personnel, and resistance to change limit its adoption. It was concluded that successful implementation requires investments in training, an open organizational culture, and incremental strategies that maximize benefits and minimize existing barriers.Downloads
