Abstract

This paper presents an integrated remote monitoring system for telecommunication networks and energy management in rural areas, developed for the connectivity project in Rio Santiago, Condorcanqui, Amazonas. It uses open source platforms such as Prometheus, InfluxDB and Grafana to monitor critical parameters in real time. A key challenge was to integrate non-SNMP compliant equipment, such as solar energy controllers, which was achieved through custom exporters and alternative protocols. The system offers unified monitoring, scalability, proactive alerts and advanced analytics, contributing to project sustainability and reliability in a challenging Amazonian environment.
