The study focuses on addressing absenteeism in real environments, proposing the implementation of electronic methods to monitor and reduce this problem. Through a systematic review of the literature using the PRISMA method, 47 relevant articles met specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results indicated that the application of technologies such as software and smart devices have been effective in reducing absenteeism by identifying causes such as stress and inadequate working conditions, which has led to an increase in productivity and well-being of workers. The discussion highlights the importance of using technology as a tool to improve work attendance, address work stress, and promote healthy working conditions, which contributes to a more productive and positive work environment.Downloads
