This study focused on improving efficiency at all stages of the construction process, emphasizing the creation of project structures. The Lean Construction philosophy was applied to increase productivity and reduce non-value-adding activities that caused budgetary losses. Tools such as the Last Planner System, five-minute test, Gantt chart, and topographic databases were used to assign tasks and resources (materials, labor, and machinery). Additionally, intermediate planning was implemented to anticipate constraints. The objective was to demonstrate how Lean Construction can reduce non-productive activities and increase efficiency. A quantitative approach was used, with explanatory scope and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design.Downloads
