This study focuses on the design of an Integrated Management System (IMS) for a blueberry producers’ cooperative located in Chao, La Libertad, Peru. The cooperative faces challenges related to product quality and compliance with international standards, which affects its competitiveness in global markets, particularly in blueberry exports. Deficiencies were identified in quality, environmental performance, and occupational safety, highlighting the need to integrate ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards to optimize processes. The study proposes a design based on continuous improvement and process management, aligning the cooperative with international standards and facilitating access to global markets. Through a detailed diagnosis and implementation of the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act), the aim is to reduce production defects, improve working conditions, and minimize environmental impact. The IMS design is tailored to the cooperative’s specific needs, promoting staff training and organizational strengthening, which are essential for improving performance and positioning in the global market.Descargas
