Abstract

In Peru, micro and small enterprises (MSEs) are important for the country's economy however, more than 50% of the MSEs could disappear due to the absence of customers, which does not allow them to grow in sales in the long term. The problem of this research article is the low growth of MSMEs in the retail sector Therefore, this research seeks to use a method in order to increase sales not only in a retail store but also in a Mype store in a bazaar. Therefore, after analyzing the situation of the mypes, a diagnosis of the current situation is developed and the main causes of the problem are identified, in order to find a product marketing model to increase sales in a mype. 95% to Y%. In conclusion, the model succeeded in increasing sales and consequently, the annual sales growth increased.
