Abstract

The present research work was oriented to determine the influence of the process design for the management of people for the company SETRAMI.SAC. The work methodology is applied according to the purpose, therefore, the design is pre-experimental. , where a reliable questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha of 0.882) was applied to 52 workers. Likewise, an interview guide applied to the manager of the company, documentary review, observation guide and the questionnaire which was applied to the collaborators were taken as data collection instruments. The study began with the Proposal based on the process design model, Economic Analysis and Evaluation of the Proposal. It is concluded that an improvement was reflected with 96.2% of collaborators who are satisfied with the clarity of their outstanding functions, with an increase of 212.3% between the pre and post test 98.1% of collaborators are satisfied with the information received for the development of their functions, with a rise of 200% 94.2% of the workers are satisfied with the procedure manual provided by their area, with an increase of 95.8% and 100% of the workers have received their Organization and Functions Manual, with a positive variation of 205 .8%. Finally, the investigation obtained a NPV of S/. 30,713.77, an IRR of 80.48% and a benefit cost of 1.89.
