In recent years, the construction industry has adopted methodologies such as Lean Construction and Building Information Modelling (BIM). Various studies have explored the benefits of integrating these tools to optimize projects. Construction companies, responsible for executing projects that involve multiple stages, often delegate specialized tasks to subcontractors. However, the involvement of multiple subcontractors with varying levels of experience can complicate communication, leading to issues such as rework. Therefore, this study focuses on improving the effectiveness of daily task communication during the finishing stage of multifamily housing projects through a Lean-BIM integration model. The methodology used in this study includes: (A) recording and analyzing information through surveys and interviews, (B) identifying the conventional process, (C) developing a new process, and (D) implementing the proposed process in the third evaluated project. The results show that the proposed approach significantly enhances the communication of daily tasks, enabling more efficient interactions.Downloads
